Difference between iron forward/rear optic cuts on Tier 1 Agis/Axis?

I'm looking to get a G19/RMR Tier 1 Axis or Agis that can fit both iron-forward & iron-rear setups. I emailed them to figure out the difference between their 2 holster cuts, but am still waiting to hear back.Can anyone speak to the compatibility of these 2 slide configurations with these 2 holster cuts? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2Vl5A0J
