Colorado Reciprocity Question

I’m an Oregon resident and have an Oregon CHL. I also have a Utah non-resident CHL. That gives me reciprocity in all but about 13 states. I’ve been through all 50 states’s reciprocity laws and can’t find one that offers a “non-resident” CHL that is valid in Colorado. One of my kids lives there and I’d like to carry there when I visit.
