Going to be carrying in Pittsburgh this weekend. I get that “concealed means concealed,” but I still am curious of the current state of it considering the new rules the mayor is trying to enact. Anyone know if there’s anything I should be wary of while doing it? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2WPoUo9
