I’m headed down to San Francisco in August for work. I’m sworn as a Parole Officer in Oregon. LEOSA should cover me, but I’m aware of an Oregon corrections officer who recently was charged for possession of a couple of AR mags while camping. His charges were dismissed, but he still got out up for a moral fitness/ethics review out of the deal.I’d like to avoid it all if possible, but I’m driving down with a pistol.What’s the deal with the gun roster and all this stuff.Here’s what I carry, and so alternative guns I’d be open to toting.Glock 17 Glock 43 CZ PCR CZ P01 Sig P6/P225 S&W 19-4 S&W 640I’ve got nice carry rigs and good ammo for any of these and time to hit a qual (we can carry anything we can qual on, larger caliber than .38).Someone help me here, I’m assuming I just stick to something low capacity and old enough to be rostered? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2W1a40D
