TL;DR: I want a compact weapon light that doesn't add a lot of bulk, Olight PL-Mini looks great but LGS said to steer clear. Is their advice sound or are they just Streamlight fans?I'm pretty sure I want a WML on my CCW. I live in the country so streetlights are only in town and I'd just like the peace of mind of having a WML that I can operate one-handed if I need to. I do carry a handheld light all the time but that would make both of my hands occupied.Having said that, I've heard a lot of good things about Olight's handhelds and emitters from the guys over at r/flashlight. I would assume this carries over to their WML's to an extent. In addition to that, I've seen some gear snobs on YouTube talk up the light without a sponsorship.I'm leaning towards the PL-Mini right now, and I've found a holster for it (Tier 1 has also rolled out support for it with Glock models so I might wait a bit for S&W). My only hold-up is the guys at the LGS told me they haven't heard good things. Part of me is taking the advice while the other part thinks it's just because they don't stock Olight or they've only ever had Streamlights.I want a light that isn't bulky (LGS recommended the X300 AKA weapon-mounted Sun) and Olight seems to have accomplished that along with magnetic charging. via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2Hh50Nq
