Let's say I'm hiking, or walking in a park. I happen upon a wild animal be it a bear, racoon, or whatever, and it attacks me or chases me (or my dog). After I shoot and kill it in defense of myself or dog, do I call 9-1-1 and report it, or is that dependent on whether the park is populated where others could have seen or heard the shot? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2QhS9vZ
