Body camera that looks like a pen?

I would like to start carrying a bodycam for liability/proof I am innocent if something ever happens. I won't walk around with what is obviously a body camera clipped to my shirt though. Does anyone know of a camera that looks like a pen that can be stuck in a shirt pocket or stuck between the buttons on a polo? I have seen the amazon pens but they all appear to be the same cheaply made pen sold for 40 bucks. If anyone has experience with those, I am not above using them by any means.
