G29.4 RMR setup and self-defense ammo questions

Greetings all,I have a Glock 29.4 with a RMR mounted and the rear suppressor sight in front of the RMR.Has anyone else ran with this setup? Do you like it better than the rear sight behind the RMR?Also, I really like the Sig Vcrown ammo, but I hear a lot of people recommending Hornaday Critical Duty over it.
