Hi,My wife is leaving and going to school in Arizona for year. I was planning on giving her my 9mm shield to have in her apartment and possibly carry around in a purse while she is in a new area. Im looking it up online and im seeing a law was passed that made it legal to concealed carry without a permit if you are legally allowed to own a firearm?
