New job reserves the right to copy my license?

So, I started a new job today and cant carry at work. Which I figured. In the employee manual it says I can keep it in my car which is in accordance with Ohio Law. But then they said, “[we] may request a scanned copy of your permit” I just signed the paper and smiled. If thy didn’t ask I’m not going to tell them.Has anyone heard of an employer keeping a copy of a CCW on file? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2sO7VW0
