Tips for carrying G43/Vedder Light Tuck with tucked in shirt without bulging?

I’m looking for any tips to help with carrying in uniform. For work I wear a cotton polo tucked into work jeans. I carry a Glock 43 in a Vedder Light Tuck, which has done alright. I’m slender, about 5’8”/145 lbs, so I feel when I carry like usual (4:30 position) it bulges out and prints. (I know printing isn’t illegal in my state but it’s more so unprofessional) I’ve tried appendix only to find more discomfort and the same problem. Anyone have tips to help with this?
