Question about Ruger Lcp II reliability

Hello all,I'm interested in purchasing a Ruger Lcp II for pocket carry. However, although Ive seen multiple people say theirs were reliable, Ive also seen a lot of threads about problems with them. Ive included some of the threads as examples (a couple are about the original lcp):http://bit.ly/2RAxic5 of good reports here, but also like 4 accounts of people having lots of feeding/ejecting problems)https://www.reddit.com/r/guns/comments/8mmick/ruger_lcp_ii_woes/(FTE's)https://www.reddit.com/r/CCW/comments/7e9nne/my_experience_with_the_lcp_ii/(takedown pin popping out when firing)http://bit.ly/2GSbJ2e pin broke by slide somehow)http://bit.ly/2RuOZtj failure)http://bit.ly/2GSbJPM takedown pins)http://bit.ly/2RsrZLr extractors on original lcp)Should these issues deter me from purchasing a Ruger Lcp II, and would I be better off going with something like a sig p238 (do these have a good reputation for reliability?) or something else? As a side note, what would you guys recommend for a pocket pistol? Thanks in advance, via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2GSbKmO
