I have looked at several websites and see Kansas reciprocates Missouri CC licences, and that Kansas has constitutional carry in the sense that if I lived there I could carry concealed with no licence.I have no licence myself, don't have to in Missouri, but i'm trying to figure out if I need a to get a missouri CC Permit so that when I'm in Kansas i'm covered.
