As a Texas LTC holder, will my license count as an enhanced CHL or standard CHL in Arkansas?

Arkansas has an interesting situation with their CCW laws.They require an enhanced permit to carry on a college campus and I am wondering how the reciprocity counts towards both of the licenses Arkansas issuesI am really hoping I don’t have to go through the process in Arkansas just to carry on campus via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2BCQ9ZM
