Lower back pain from carrying 12 hours a day?

I carry a TP9Sa which is 1.4 pounds for my 12 hour shifts and my back is killing me. Do I have my belt done wrong or this gun just to big for me to carry? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2q0Hziy
