I need a better way to carry while I'm at work.

I normally carry IWB at my 5 o'clock, but while sitting in my office chair all day, it's not the most comfortable or accessible. I carry a 4.25" 1911 with a commander length grip, does anybody have a better suggestion for methods of carry?My coworkers know I carry and it's permitted by my company, but I still have to carry concealed as a consideration for our customers and salesmen that are in and out on a daily basis.
