Advice on Leased Property.


Hello, I am finding myself in a sticky situation. I have a permit to carry (PTC) in the state of Minnesota. The maintenance man complained about me open carrying (holstered) from the duplex to my vehicle and now the realtor company is threatening eviction over my firearm. The only clause in my lease that would pertain to firearms is ""(iii) allow the unlawful use or possession of a firearm in violation of section 609.66, Subd. 1(a), 609.67 or 624.713, on the Premises or in the common area and curtilage of the Premises;"I read the 609.66 and I have not violated any of those subparagraphs.I have never had a problem with the company until about a month ago when a neighbor complained to the leasing company that I parked in "his" spot, even though we have no assigned parking in the lease.I have no idea what to do, but I feel like I am about to get screwed over.Really the question I am asking, what would you do in my situation?
