Looking at moving to Texas, should I apply for non resident, then re apply for resident permit? Or would it be faster to have a non resident permit from a recognized state? Are the wait times about the same? I thought I heard something about long ccw wait times in TX via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2w1Cd8r
