Bit of a quandry...

Hypothetical: You're out, carrying, and are in a state which requires your permit on you (no 'constitutional carry'), and your state is not an open carry state, or requires a permit for open carry.Someone decides to rob you, and/or everyone in the place at which you're located. You hand over your wallet rather than taking their life.Where do you stand with regards to the authorities, since now you're armed, but your pemit to do so is no longer in your possession? I don't think I've ever seen this hypothetical raised. It's no big deal if it's a constitutional carry or open-carry-without-permit state; flip your shirt to behind your grip, problem solved. However, even in Indiana, we need a permit for open carry. What the hell do you do when the cops show up? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2vycJ3R
