Any one here go through the process of obtaining an Idaho Enhanced Non-resident Carry License, as a Non-resident of Idaho?

I'm trying to figure out what's the most efficient way to be legal to carry in the states of Washington, Minnesota, Texas and my home state of Colorado and the Idaho Enhanced Non-resident Carry Permit looks to hit the mark. I have friends in family in those states that I will be visiting fairly often.
