I recently took my LTC course in Texas the other week. Towards the end of class they had a gentleman from Texas Law Shield come in and pitch their thing, and stated that they were formed because of the Joe Horn shooting and how he filed for bankruptcy from law suits from the suspect family & court related costs. Is this true? I cannot find anything on google about it. The sales pitch made everyone in the class terrified from using their firearm to defend themselves or family members.
