Does anyone know why South Carolina and Minnesota are so bad with reciprocity? They only have reciprocity agreements with a handful of states and they don't recognize any non-resident permits. It seems particularly unusual for a pro-gun state like SC.My only guess is that they are very strict with training requirements and many states don't meet it. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2rEy2z8
