Hi, everyone. I posted a question in the NYGuns subreddit but it seems that this subreddit has a larger audience so posting the same question here as well. Mods I didn't see anything restricting this but if I am mistaken my apologies and please let me know and I will delete the NY subreddit post.Basically, I am just trying to understand how one would carry, with say a Utah or Florida non-resident permit, in the States that allow it when due to Beach v Kelly it can't be any of the pistols on our NYC Resident Permit and best I can make out purchases can't be made out of the state of residence(?)
