Hey all, Not sure if this is the right sub, or if its against the rules but I figured my fellow carriers would be able to help me out (please delete if against sub rules).I consistently get delayed due to a disorderly conduct when I was 21 (almost 10 years ago). I tried calling NICS today and yesterday and"Due to high call volume we are unable to take your call today".Seriously NICS? Does anyone know how I go about getting a UPIN to avoid this in the future?
