Decent turnaround for TN HCP

Just moved back to TN 3 weeks ago. Did my hcp application at the drivers license center on the 10th , received in the mail on the 20th. Did the walk in Kroger. Just thought I'd share. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2lpJhIt
