Are non-hollowpoint rounds always more reliable regarding feeding malfunctions?

If all other factors are held equal (same manufacturer, same gun, etc.) will full ball (non-hollowpoint) cause less feeding malfunctions than hollowpoints?this is regarding semi automatic pistols so 9mm, 45acp, 40s&w, etc. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2jK1dgp
