Using two types of SD ammo in one mag

I've been carrying Hornady Critical Duty for years. I didn't know the difference between the Duty and Defense rounds until todayNow I'm wondering if I should carry both roundsObviously I never know what scenario could come up, so I don't know if I'll need rounds that penetrate better than the 115 gr Critical Defense I think for my life situation, over-penetration would likely be a greater risk as I'm typically in an urban environment I carry a 15+1 magWhat do you think about carrying the first 8 rounds as Critical Defense, with the last 8 being Critical Duty rounds for if more penetration is needed?Edit: Planning to switch to Federal HSTsI'll leave this up though for the future people via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/EX92QHV
