Wisconsin residents - What states do you get non-resident license from to fill the gaps of WI reciprocity?

I’ll be moving from ND (great reciprocity, initial thought is after address change I can still use the permit until it expires) to WI soon and am wondering what non-resident licenses people have to fill the gaps in reciprocity resident WI permit has. I’m going to live near MN, so MN seems like the obvious choice, but didn’t know if there was a more preferred state to get?
