As of today, I'm no longer required to get a LTC in order to carry in Texas. Hypothetically, if I were stopped by a cop, would I be required to inform him/her of my CCW if I don't have/need a LTC?Every source I've seen states that Texas is a duty to inform state, but I'm not entirely sure how it's supposed to work now that I can have my concealed carry without a LTC.
