so moments ago. i’m walking out my car which is parked on the street. walking towards my home ( parked about 5 houses down the street due to no parking near me) , my neighbors pit bull starts chasing me, i draw my gun and nearly pull the trigger shooting the dog but for some reason the dog just ran back to the owner. My question if this would be justified had i killed the dog. this is the second time i’ve drawn on the dog due to the fact the owner does not keep him on a leash.
