I love shooting my Canik, I basically can't miss with the thing. It has been 100% reliable for me with various ammo, various weights, etc.My issue is that the red dot I have on it, (vortex viper) replaces the rear sight, so there isn't a co witness as a fail safe if the batteries die.I know vortex claims 30k hours, but on the lower settings. Anyone know what the average life is on medium settings? I'm wanting to switch to it for daily carry, but not sure if I trust the red dot just yet. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2Q43aa8
