I have a ccw that reciprocates with all the states I will be traveling through except PA. What is the best way to transport my pistol through the state legally? Mag removed, chamber empty and locked in a container sufficient? From what I read Philly is different/more strict than the rest of the state much like NYC and Chicago. We will be avoiding Philly and spending most of our time in Pitt fwiw. Any input and links to more info would be greatly appreciated as my research shows some conflicting info.
