Looking for dress/casual belt recommendations

Hi all,I've been trying to find a dress belt that's suitable for business casual wear, but also sturdy enough to hold my appendix setup (P365XL @ 1 o'clock). I frequently have to wear my shirt tucked in for work, and don't want to be "that guy" wearing my Blue Alpha belt with a tucked in polo.I currently have the Hank's stitched gunner. It's super rigid and looks casual enough, but I have some issues with it:The buckle adjustments aren't fine enough for appendix carry. It's either way too tight, or too loose and sagging+printing like a mofo.The belt is overlapped on the front, and the buckle is huge. This eliminates a lot of real estate for appendix carry and it's difficult to get the holster in the correct position.I have a blue alpha gear cobra for untucked applications and love it. I've been looking at the nexbelt Rogue and it looks decent for my needs.Any other recommendations? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3gXH983
