Just finished my CCW class in Nebraska, but am moving to Montana next month. Was unaware you're supposed to turn in your CHP if you move out of sate. Need advice.

Hi all,I just finished my CCW/CHP class in Nebraska and was unaware that you are supposed to turn in your CHP if you move out of state. I am moving to Montana next month and know MT is constitutional carry, but wanted to take the class for my own education and to be able to travel to/through other states with reciprocity with NE.Now I am unsure if I want to even apply for the NE CHP because it's $100 and I guess I'll be living in MT by the time I even get the permit.
