Gunbelt without a belt buckle - does it exist? (no, not another Enigma post)

I work at an automotive OEM. One of our most common "defects" is paint scratches. As such, we are not allowed to wear ANY exposed metal - this includes belt buckles, rivets on jeans, etc.Most people wear velcro belts like this.Leather velcro beltMy job requires I wear a 3lb radio on my hip.
