Gucci blues

I often wonder, what would I do if I had to use my cc weapon in a life or death situation. Besides all the mental/physical/emotional stress of during and after the engagement, knowing the police would be taking my 1400+ dollar (insert Gucci firearm here, most of the time glocks though) would be gut wrenching. They aren't known to take the same level of care of evidence as the owner would. Now, I'm not saying anything bad, to each their own, whatever you think is good for you as far as carry weapons go, I'm all for it. Im simply posing the question, as I've pondered on it alot.
