Glock 48 vs Smith and Wesson Shield plus 4”

I was set on a shield plus 4” until I had the chance to compare a shield plus to a Glock 43x in the store yesterday and I found out I liked the Glock slim line stuff too. (I’m looking at a shield plus 4” and a Glock 48 not a regular shield and a 43x but the frames are the same so still a good comparison.) I liked how both felt in my hand and both options have pros and cons that make this a hard decision.Glock 48 pros-glock aftermarket and parts availability-better trigger reset than shield plus-shield s15 mags available, but I'm left handed so I'll have to wait till they release ambi ones-a little cheaper than the shield plus 4" since the shield plus just came outGlock 48 cons-worse trigger than shield plus-worse stock sights (glock factory sights vs fiber optic set up)-without shield mags its 10+1 in same size as shield plus's 13+1-didn't like mag release as much as shield plus's, but was using mag release in right handed set up as a lefty so not how my gun will be set up-not as grippy as shield plus, can be fixed with grip tape though, and may be better bc it won't irritate skin as much if I'm not wearing an undershirtShield plus 4" pros-better trigger than shield plus-better stock sights-13+1 in same size as glock-.28" shorter than glock-grippier grip textureShield plus 4" cons-worse trigger reset than glock-2 less rounds than glock with s15-abt 2 oz heavier than glock-not as much aftermarket and parts supportI know the best way to decide between the two would be to go shoot them but I have called every shoting range in my area and none of them offer these models for rent, understandably I suppose because these models are both pretty new. Thoughts? Is there anything I've overlooked about these guns that may sway my opinion?Edit: formatting via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3bHpDBz
