I live in a very rough area and knife crime is increasing rapidly, within the last few weeks there have been almost a dozen stabbings within a 10 mile radius of where i live, im 15 years old, im not particularly big and i dont have any training, but my family is starting to worry about me going out, does anyone have any tips on how to defend myself/family/friends at all? For reference i live in the UK so weapons arent really an option
