I turned 21 in August and sent in my application before I even got out of bed. I've already sent an email with my photo ID and they got me to schedule an appointment for getting my fingerprints and stuff. The nearest appointment at the time was November 3rd so I set that up. When I go in tomorrow, is it just for finger prints? Or do I get my permit at the same time. They said I need to bring I think 90$ and to get their an hour early to accommodate for parking time, and finger print time, but they never said if I'm getting my permit tomorrow or not.
