I'm a fairly new gun guy and am experimenting with different carry positions. Curious about how safe it is to appendix carry while driving, particularly if you're involved in a violent accident where there is significant force against your gun between your pelvic bone and the seatbelt as your body is thrust into the belts and/or the airbag coming at you. I can imagine the holster breaking and exposing the trigger and discharging, or perhaps even the slide bending or getting damaged in some way that would cause the firing pin to release, or some other freak circumstance, during the actual crash.Has there ever been any instances of something like that happening? Is any of that even possible?Or does anyone simply take their rig off and put it somewhere else while driving, and put it back on before they get out of the car? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/396Ul6u
