Oregon Open Carry With CPL

Hey folks, I've been researching for an answer to my question and haven't come across the answer, maybe someone here will know. As per Oregon State law Open carry is legal but allows cities (Like Portland) and counties (like Washington and Multnomah) to prohibit the practice UNLESS you have a valid concealed pistol license. That being said I was told by a co-worker that he thought there was a law that prevents a CPL licensee from open carrying and that if you do you can be picked up for brandishing or something equivilant to brandishing. Do any of you know if this is diffinitivly true or false? (I originally posted this on r/pdxgunnuts) via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3jJpZt0
