Hello r/CCW! I don't live in CA, but I have a friend who does who tells me that CA laws don't permit a round in the chamber while carrying concealed. I know CA laws are screwy, but this just sounds bizarre to me. Can anybody enlighten me? Thanks in advance! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3e9poh3
