What's your opinion on combo pepper sprays that have both OC and CS in the formula? Is it more effective or is the OC alone better for self defense?

I'm looking to replace my old pepper spray canister and would like advice on the current best brand and formula for self-defense. Someone told me to get Sabre's 3-IN-1 formula with OC and CS as the active ingredients claiming if the OC doesn't affect them the CS will or vice versa. The local seller claimed the opposite though that it will be less effective all the way around with the combo and OC alone is better. Does anyone on here have any experience on the different pepper sprays and its ability to stop an attacker?
