New CCW having issues with Sight alignment, P365

I was shooting all over the place inconsistently with a P365. I eventually tried a new sight picture. Instead of aligning the top of the front sight with the top of the rear sight, I began to raise the top sight slightly above the rear sights, covering my intended target. I shot much better with this method, consistently hitting the target dead center.Is this the correct way to shoot with these sights or am I doing something wrong? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2BaKOfZ
