I understand some states take longer than others to issue your ccw permit. But in MA this is the application used to even own a firearm. (It's actually an extension of the FID used to own and carry a handgun.) But the situation here is not that they are delayed in their process, they just aren't doing them until some later time.I guess the idea of "no new gun owners for the next few months" make me really question the legalities off it. I know we're not the best state for gun rights to begin with, but every other state doesn't seem to be having issues issuing licenses.
