County Attorney acquitted the shooter. Going off the video looks like self defense to me. But many seem to be making this racial issue. Many in my home town are already on edge and I’m afraid this verdict might push them over.There are some questions that do arise from this though. The Bar owner’s CCW was expired at the time of the incident. Nebraska is an open carry state unless within Omaha then you’ll need a permit unless already an CCW holder.
