Scenario: Christmas Eve. Neighbors family threaten to kill his own flesh in blood at 6am. I need safety measures and advice please!

Hello everybody and happy holidays! I come to you fine folks with a scenario that is currently playing out literally as I type this and I'm belly on the floor and so is my family. If anyone can give me advice on how to proceed I will be forever grateful.My neighbors nephew is currently freaking out because one of his gang banger family members threaten to shoot up his aunties home because they don't wanna help cook. Family members of this known house hold are known criminals but the nephew seems to be straight edge and ain't about that life. I fear his safety.How do I know this is going down you may ask? Well I was asleep with my window open and the freakout next door woke me right the fuck up. Why was my window open? Well my dudes in South Florida we are dealing with some nice weather right now and I want to take advantage of it.My window is facing their property and I'm actually terrified that they will pop off and kill this dude. It has happened before many many years ago and some of them went away for a long while. The nephew is currently on the home with cops giving an extremely fine description of the events going on and he is begging them to come over as he doesn't want to die on the day before Christmas.How do I proceed? I'm currently on the floor of my own home and away from any windows waiting for this to all blow over. I don't want anyone in my home dying nor do I want this kid to die. My hands are shaking and my family is away from any windows facing that property. What else can I do? What else can I do to be more efficient the next time this will happen... It will happen again you best believe that with my neighbors family.If and when the cops show up I can ease up. But for now I'm staying on the ground.Edit: I said it before when the airport I work at got shot up and I'll say it again. I am happy the cops are here. A bunch of em rolled up and are literally right outside my house. 1 officer is talking to the kid who called em and its eerily quiet.
