The mass shooter from El Paso, TX surrendered and was arrested, alive. He can now be charged for his actions.If I were present at the mall, and the gunman was nearby but not between me and the immediate exit, should I engage the shooter or help others escape?If i was to engage, and if I was to kill the gunman, we may never find why he did so.
