How can I rig up a dashcam type camera that uploads to a cloud...to my chest for bike rides?

i bike through dangerous areas and i’d like a camera that uploads to a cloud (so the video evidence of an attack can’t be destroyed or stolen).

a small camera i can mount to my chest or maybe bike helmet. to document if i get assaulted

i am worried about getting attacked while biking
