Hey everyone quick question,In South Carolina, is it legal for someone under 21 to legally carry a gun in their car/have in their house? I’ve tried searching for a good answer but can’t seem to find any. I know you have to be 21 to buy a handgun, but I’m older than 21, so would it be possible for me to purchase the gun and then transfer it to the person underage?A little background, my girlfriend is 20 and I’m 23, and I’ll be moving out of state for college, and just for peace of mind she wanted to start getting into training and owning a gun.
